6.6/10

The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean but seemed to be neglected for a while, leading to a musty smell. The elevators were a bit slow, but the initial cleanliness was decent. The service was excellent, with super friendly and accommodating staff, although one standout gentleman's name eluded my memory. The location was convenient for exploring the area, even though some amenities were closed. The dining options were lacking in variety, focusing mainly on coffee and sweets, which was a letdown.
